We lead our clients through the entire design and construction process, ensuring they are comfortable and confident with the decisions at each phase.   Our team of professional consultants and skilled General Contractors collaborate to develop and craft the home our clients envision for their families.

PHASE 1  - INTRODUCTION

Our first meeting at your home is a great opportunity to walk through the spaces and discuss your priorities.  You know your house and how you use it best so we encourage you to share your needs, ideas and inspirations.

PHASE 2 – DESIGN & BUDGET

We take design and your budget seriously.  This phase is an important first step to develop the two, hand-in-hand.  The design begins by documenting your house and creating preliminary schemes based on your design and budget requirements.  We discuss our thought processes behind each scheme, the pros and cons of each, and preliminary cost estimates.   The design is finalized when you’re satisfied that your needs have been met.

PHASE 3 – DRAWINGS & DOCUMENTS

We develop the final design into a set of drawings and documents used to acquire a building permit, engage a General Contactor and ultimately, construct your home.  If required, we work with your jurisdiction to get approvals for zoning variances and historic district reviews.

PHASE 4 – CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION

Once we have helped you secure a building permit and General Contractor, we help oversee the construction process to ensure that your needs are fulfilled and our design is accurately built.   We believe that clear communication and reliable organization is crucial to the successful completion of your project.
